• Put the new upload system through real-world testing on Wi-Fi, strong cellular service and the sort of cellular service usually found exactly where somebody decided to hold an event.
• Migrated the original GatherShare events into Zuballo Events, officially bringing the events that started this whole project into their new home.

Zuballo Events 1.1 spent a lot of time outside the development environment. We used it at real events, tried it on good connections, tried it on terrible connections, moved the original GatherShare events into their new home and kept fixing the things that bothered us. The result is a faster, cleaner and considerably more event-ready Zuballo Events.

• Expanded Zuballo into a family of simple products built around one idea: making annoying things easier.
• Introduced Zuballo Events, Zuballo Tools and Zuballo Links as dedicated products under the Zuballo name.
• Updated the public Zuballo site to introduce the new product family and make it easier to find everything we're building.
• Gave the family some official words to live by: Zuballo is here because someone had to make life easier.

• Kept the QR Generator deliberately account-free: no signup, no saved projects and no database full of QR codes waiting around for no good reason.
• Built QR codes directly from their destination instead of using a Zuballo redirect, so they don't depend on us continuing to exist in order to keep working.
• Improved QR and PDF rendering, logo sizing, typography, mobile layouts and download controls through an entirely reasonable amount of nitpicking.
• Connected Zuballo Tools to the finished QR Generator and officially replaced "Coming Soon" with something you can actually use.

What started as a photo-sharing project is becoming something a little bigger. Zuballo Events handles the photos. Zuballo Tools handles the annoying little jobs. Zuballo Links is waiting in the wings. And somehow our first "simple little tool" can now design a sponsor sign, export a print-ready PDF and email it to you. So, naturally, we're calling it 1.0 before somebody thinks of another checkbox.

• Completed the full event lifecycle, from pre-event uploads through gallery expiration and final deletion.
• Added automatic upload windows based on the event date, including early access before the event and seven days of guest uploads afterward.
• Added Mini, Standard and Plus event plans with plan-based photo limits and gallery availability.

Zuballo started as a simple idea: give everybody at an event one ridiculously easy place to share their photos. After an unreasonable number of buttons, QR codes, test uploads, emails and discussions about spacing, we finally have something we're ready to hand to real people. Welcome to Zuballo 1.0.
